Frequently Asked Questions

We accept lightly used towels, blankets, beds, and toys. We prefer blankets to be unstuffed to avoid a choking hazard. We cannot accept food or electric blankets.


Current Customers: You have an account with us already. Your first time logging in please click reset password. A email link will be sent to you and create your new password. If it says your email is not in our system we may have a different email on file. If you have updated your mailing preferences please let us know. 


New Client: Click sign up to create your account.


  • Immunization are not up to date: Please send us an email or upload your dog's   most current vet records to the Gingr portal.  We will manually input the vaccine expiry dates once you have called to let us know you have created a profile and uploaded the immunization records to the portal or emailed them to happypets@kedronvet.com.


  • Waiver and Agreement error: On the customer portal please go to your account, click waivers and agreements, then click sign agreement to review and accept.


  • Pet profile is not up to date: We have new pet profile questions that require a response so please ensure all questions have been answered. 


  • Where do the dogs play when the weather is bad? All of our canine friends play inside during bad weather...rain, shine or snow, playtime continues!


  • Does your dog appear thirsty after a day of play? There is plenty of access to water all day. Daycare can be exciting and dogs tend to forget to hydrate at daycare and may drink a lot when returning home. 


  • We are currently accepting new pop-in daycare clients! We host evaluations Mondays and Wednesdays. We are not accepting Regular Daycare dogs at this time.


  • We strongly recommend spay/neutering your pets. If your dog exhibits inappropriate hormonal behaviors resulting in conflict their position in the pack will be reevaluated.
